课题组以结核分枝杆菌和革兰阴性细菌为主要研究对象,围绕病原细菌持续性感染与耐药机制开展基础研究和诊疗策略开发。

近年来研究成果
围绕分枝杆菌感染和脓毒症等临床重要感染性疾病的耐药机制和防治策略开展研究,鉴定若干结核分枝杆菌致病基因,提出生酮代谢影响脓毒症抗生素疗效,发现结核分枝杆菌耐药性快速进化机制及遗传标识,开展新型疫苗及抗菌药物的研发。研究成果以通讯作者(含共同)发表在Cell Metab、Trends Genet、Nat Commun、PNAS等高水平期刊,授权发明专利2项。
